THSC is a chartered auxiliary of NSAC and MSSAC and is subject to the by-laws of both. All serving mediums and healers should be familiar with the NSAC by-laws pertaining to ethics and platform decorum. These by-laws can be found on the websites of NSAC and MSSAC.
THSC strives to create a welcoming and safe space for everyone serving, attending, or just visiting. Civility, respect, and professional boundaries are of utmost importance. Please be mindful of shared space in respect to noise after 9pm and shared bathrooms.
THSC strictly prohibits the use of alcohol, marijuana, or illegal drugs on the grounds. Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside well away from any building entrance and the two open decks or in your own vehicle.
THSC has zero tolerance for any obnoxious, disrespectful, defamatory, and hurtful behaviors. Discussions of a derogatory nature regarding religion, politics, personality, etc. are prohibited. Anyone exhibiting these behaviors will be dealt with swiftly and appropriately. The client's well-being is paramount. Whether THSC staff, mediums, or healers, all must adhere to professional boundaries and ethics.
THSC requires everyone to maintain an awareness of the client's confidentiality by not discussing details of private sessions or other personal information in public or without the client's consent.
THSC requires everyone to clean up after themselves when eating, drinking, using kitchen appliances and after showering. There are designated areas for waste and dirty laundry.
THSC requires individuals with minor children (12 years of age or younger) to be responsible for their supervision at all times.
THSC restricts pets from the buildings and grounds.
THSC holds individuals responsible for their own behaviors and will seek compensation for any damage done maliciously to buildings, grounds, or vehicles.
